Q. “What products does SMART Support Services provide maintenance and support for?”
A. SMART Support Services provides maintenance and support for all major hardware vendors, as well as many software application vendors. Keystone is a Certified SUN iForce Partner and IBM Business Partner.

Q. “Why should I choose Keystone’s SMART Support Services over the competition?”
A. Keystone has the expertise, with professionals averaging 15 years of IT experience and supporting heterogeneous IT Departments worldwide. Keystone is committed to services with the customer satisfaction numbers to back it up.

Q. “Will I still have access to patches and fixes from the OEM if I sign up for software support from Keystone?”
A. Most patches and fixes are readily available from the OEM’s web sites. There are a few machines that require some level of software support agreement to obtain these patches. Keystone is aware of these requirements and will ensure that the right levels of software agreements are maintained as well as full entitlement to software fixes and patches.

Q. “Is it true that Keystone does not have access to third level support?”
A. No, this is not true. Through a letter of agency, Keystone can access the OEM’s support organisation on behalf of the customer.

Q. “What if something out of the ordinary happens to my equipment and for whatever reason, Keystone is unable to fix the problem?”
A. Given Keystone’s expertise in providing hardware and software support, such cases are extremely rare. However, should this situation occur, Keystone has the ability to contact the OEM directly for support at our expense.
