The plan will include time frames as well as identifying the key steps and processes in order to ensure minimum downtime to the user. After the initial plan has been confirmed, a complete outline of the requirements can be inspected. At times an installation can be in process when vital components are discovered to be missing, which can lead to complications and excessive downtime to the user.
Co-ordination of Third Party Vendors
We are able to provide consistency with third party vendors to result in a rational solution. To avoid any complications as an independent installation service, we provide a neutral co-ordination of all third party services, which is required to complete an installation.
Installation of Hardware and Software
We can physically install any hardware components or operating systems for you, and with thousands of installations to our name we ensure a professional delivery of our skills and expertise. During the installation process we ensure minimum disruption and complete satisfaction.
Post Installation Technical Support
On completion of the installation you will be issued with an installation report, which states the precise actions taken by our Technical Consultants, this includes a direct telephone number to contact the Consultant if any problems arise. This is a standard service that we provide during a seven-day period from the completion date. Our Technical Consultants are contactable twenty-four hours a day if the problem occurs directly from the installation. The Consultant will provide you with full telephone support, or if modem access is available will remotely connect to the system in order to resolve the problem.
Pricing Schedule
Our implementation charges are pre-set allowing you flexibility to budget for your costs at the initial planning stage. We do not adjust the pricing in accordance with specific administration requirements in comparison with our competitors. The charging is broken down to a daily rate and a day and is NOT restricted to a specific number of hours. We do not charge you any additional or hidden costs such as travelling or accommodation, our price is all-inclusive. We adhere to a simple fixed price policy, maintaining simple calculation of costs for all our requirements from Monday through to Friday.
