Performance Testing and Planning
Our Technical Consultants are able to use their extensive performance testing knowledge on your system. To achieve this, specific tools are used to measure the performance of the operating system and the hardware. After the data has been captured a report will be compiled clearly stating the cause and resolutions required for the improvements.
Performance Tuning
We are able to provide your system with extensive performance tuning. To achieve this we will utilise specific tools, so that we can measure your operating system and any relevant hardware. After we have collated the data, a report will be issued to you clearly indicating the cause and the solution to rectify the problem. This service will also allow us to identify any incidents of poor performance as a result of your IT solution.
Configuration Health Checks
We recommend that your system is health checked at least once a year. Our service includes a check of your hardware and software configuration as well as a measurement of its effectiveness. Our professional experience has led us to believe that many clients do not use the full potential of their systems, this can be due to a minor miss-configuration, or that an expansion to the existing hardware could be required. There are also many cost effective options you can take to maintain your current IT solution.
Post Reconfiguration Technical Support
An on-site visit report will be issued after the reconfiguration has been completed, with concise details of the actions taken by our Technical Consultant. In particular a telephone number is provided for you to contact the Technician directly in the case of an emergency. Our Technical Support Service is included as standard with all configurations for a period of seven days from the completion date. The Technical Consultant is available twenty-four hours a day, in the event that the problem should arise directly from the implementation.
Pricing Schedule
Our performance charges are pre-set allowing you flexibility to budget for your costs at the initial planning stage. We do not adjust the pricing in accordance with specific administration requirements in comparison with our competitors. The charging is broken down to a daily rate and a day and is NOT restricted to a specific number of hours. We do not charge you any additional or hidden costs such as travelling or accommodation, our price is all-inclusive. We adhere to a simple fixed price policy, maintaining simple calculation of costs for all our requirements from Monday through to Friday.
Timescale
The estimated duration for a typical reconfiguration is a maximum of two days. If reconfiguration is required outside of normal hours, during the week, weekends, or during Bank Holidays, an uplift of 50% is added to the normal daily charge.
