Pre-upgrade Planning
We believe that upgrading a live solution is just as important as choosing the right software in order to meet your business needs. To ensure all requirements are met, a plan should be compiled. One of our Technical Consultants will be able to help you define what your requirements are, and then produce a plan accordingly. Once the plan has been confirmed, you will be able to view the outline of your requirements. Pre-upgrade planning will avoid any complications and unnecessary downtime to the user.
Unique Off-Line Implementation Services
We understand that many systems are critical to the user, and even the slightest disruption can have major consequences. We are qualified and have experience in helping you avoid such disasters, being able to provide you with a duplicate rental system, which enables upgrades to be completed off-line. This then allows users to continue working whilst upgrades are in process. After testing, we are then able to apply the upgrade to the live system. Our Technical Consultants will be able to imitate the operating system, application and data to the rental system, perform the implementation of the required upgrade and then replicate the transitions to the live system. The rental system is complete with full twenty-four hour software and hardware technical support cover for the rental duration.
Post-Upgrade Technical Support
On completion of the installation you will be issued with an installation report, which states the precise actions taken by our Technical Consultants, this includes a direct telephone number to contact the Consultant if any problems arise. This is a standard service that we provide during a seven-day period from the completion date. Our Technicians are contactable twenty-four hours a day if the problem occurs directly from the installation. The Technical Consultant will provide you with full telephone support, or if modem access is available will remotely connect to the system in order to resolve the problem.
Pricing Schedule
Our upgrade charges are pre-set allowing you flexibility to budget for your costs at the initial planning stage. We do not adjust the pricing in accordance with specific administration requirements in comparison with our competitors. The charging is broken down to a daily rate and a day and is NOT restricted to a specific number of hours. We do not charge you any additional or hidden costs such as travelling or accommodation, our price is all-inclusive. We adhere to a simple fixed price policy, maintaining simple calculation of costs for all our requirements from Monday through to Friday.
Timescale
The estimated duration for a typical upgrade is a maximum of three days. If users require an installation outside of normal hours, during the week, weekends, or during Bank Holidays, an uplift of 50% is added to the normal daily charge. Our daily pricing does not include the cost of any rental equipment, although this can be priced upon request.
