As an approved independent service vendor of the Deutsche Börse, we have experience with major Trading platforms ranging from Eurex and Xetra through to C-BoT and Virt-X. Our Trading Solutions are fully qualified to offer a range of services specifically designed for the Trading sector, which include:

Supply and Installation
We can supply appropriate application servers and network hardware, in addition to configuring and installing the Deutsche Börse application.

Managed Integrated Technical Support (MITS)
We can provide a comprehensive annual support service for operating systems and solutions. The MITS service is provided 24 hours, by 7 days a week. MITS provides support for: server maintenance, communications maintenance, operating system support, GATE application support.

Upgrade Assistance
We have a complete package solution to provide upgrade assistance for the major Eurex and Xetra upgrades; which usually take place over weekends.

Trading Continuity
A number of our clients have asked us to provide a variety of “Trading Continuity” solutions for their particular requirements. Our experienced continuity engineers will work with the client to assess requirements for Trading Continuity, project managing the entire process for an individual solution appropriate to each client.

Additional Services
Our Technical Team can also provide a range of additional services such as: additional implementation; workstation configuration; system health checks; performance tuning and system re-configuration.
