Upgrade Assistance
We have a complete package solution to provide upgrade assistance for the major Eurex and Xetra upgrades; which usually takes place over weekends.
MITS provides support for the following Upgrade Assistance Services:
- On-site support on a Friday evening (after Trading hours) OR Saturday morning
- Complete implementation on each individual MISS (Member Integration System Server)
- Assistance with implementation on client workstations
- Availability of engineering staff for the ‘testing window’
- Engineering staff on-call (based in the city) from 6am on the following Monday
This package includes all Operating System configuration and implementation of the MISS environment. Where necessary, we will also configure
and modify any communication devices.
